Refund Policy

Youth and Mini Refund Policy

If a participant would like to drop out of a camp they must do so at least one week (7 business days) in advance of the start date to receive a full refund, minus $20 admin fee. If they wish to cancel with less than 7 business days in advance of the start date a 50% refund will be provided minus admin fee.

Adult Refund Policy

If a participant would like to cancel their registration they must do so at least 3 days in advance to receive a full refund. If you're able to find a replacement for your spot you can cancel after the 3 day period with a full refund.
